Low Sun Detailing: Subscription Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Billing & Flexibility
Month-to-Month: We believe in the quality of our work. All plans are strictly month-to-month with no long-term contracts.
Automatic Payments: Subscriptions are billed automatically on the 1st of each month to ensure your spot is reserved in our rotation.
2. Cancellation Policy
30-Day Notice: To provide fair scheduling for all members, cancellations must be submitted 30 days in advance.
Final Service: Because of the 30-day notice, you will typically have one final scheduled detail after your cancellation request, ensuring your vehicle remains protected until the end of your billing cycle.
3. Scheduling & Priority
Priority Booking: Members get first pick of our calendar. We recommend setting your recurring dates at the start of the month.
Rescheduling: We require 24-hour notice to move a service date. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of that month’s visit.
4. Weather & Desert Conditions
The "Low Sun" Guarantee: In the event of extreme Arizona dust storms, high winds, or rain, we will automatically reach out to reschedule your service for the next clear day at no additional cost.
5. Vehicle Condition
Maintenance Standard: Subscription pricing is for vehicles kept in "maintained condition." If a vehicle has excessive pet hair, mold, or heavy bio-debris upon the first visit, a one-time "Restoration Fee" may be applied before the subscription rate begins.
